Law Enforcement Data Base (LEWeb)

This suite of computer-based applications provides user-friendly access for entering and accessing information across regional, state, and national law enforcement databases. These applications allow your agency to upload photos to all regional law enforcement agencies, access municipal court records as well as driver and vehicle registration information across 50 states and Canada. Records entered into LEWeb are used to create state and National Crime Center Information (NCIC) records, saved to their databases, when applicable under NCIC rules.

Mobile Ticketing

Mobile Ticketing is the creation of electronic tickets using hand-held electronic devices, including laptop, Ipad, phone, etc.  No more handwritten tickets.  Allows law enforcement officers to access vehicle registration and driver history records in the field. By pre-populating ticket data, the application simplifies the ticketing process, allowing officers to generate traffic, parking tickets, citations, summons, and warnings on the spot. Mobile Ticketing can integrate with the court system and automatically add the ticket to the municipal court docket. The data can then be used to create Traffic Analysis and Field Interview Reports.

Records Management with CARE

The Computer Assisted Report Entry (CARE) improves community safety by enabling law enforcement agencies to share data across jurisdictional boundaries.  Partnering with St. Louis County Police Department, REJIS is proud to offer the CARE system.  CARE is a computer-based records management system developed in 1984 by St. Louis County Police personnel for the law enforcement community.  CARE’s investigative search tools provide officers access to pertinent data on people, vehicles, addresses, and more while securing that data from unauthorized use. Export crime data into Excel or Google Mapping to analyze emerging crime trends and allocate resources. Control case workflow and keep everyone on track with our Case Management tools. CARE’s life-saving Heads Up Display (HUD) application allows departments to monitor developing situations in real time using 911 and police report data, mapping technology, and person-of-interest details.

Person & Vehicle Tracking
(Hit Notification System—HNS)

HNS is a system containing subject or vehicle data entered by participating agencies to generate a notice when predetermined transactions involving that individual are processed. HNS operates on the concept of an owner and a trigger. The owner is the agency that enters the record into HNS. The trigger is the agency that uses one of the predetermined transactions, such as entry of an arrest, which generates a ‘hit’ on the information in HNS. This process is automatic.

Drug Recognition Expert System (DRE)

Designed for use by highway patrol officers, investigators, and regional and state coordinators, the DRE System allows you to track evaluations, officer certification, reporting data, toxicology results, and agency identified skills in one convenient, online location. Compliant with NHTSA, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s data collection standards, DRE helps agencies identify and measure behaviors involved in crashes and develop measures to deter unsafe behaviors by drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and motorcyclists.

First Responder Identification

In the midst of an emergency, identifying first responders can be a matter of life and death. REJIS’ First Responder ID is a standardized database for the identification of emergency personnel. Using digital photos and data provided by participating agencies, REJIS issues First Responder ID cards displaying personal information and skills. These cards are immediately recognized as a standard form of identification by participating law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies.
